Which Driver Tracking event to use to mark shipment ENROUTE COMPLETED and bring the driver home?

We have NFR stop as last stop on the shipment to signify driver returned home. After completing the Delivery (D1) at drop off stop followed by Departed (DRS) event on drop-off stop, the shipment stays ENROUTE_ENROUTE. Receiving Arrived at Stop(ARS) on NFR stop does not move the shipment to ENROUTE_COMPETED, we need to do D1 on NFR stop to mark it ENROUTE completed, which doesn't look right ? Also when the driver is assigned to another shipment , the drop off stop from previous shipment becomes starting NFR stop on the new shipment, signifying that driver never returned home?
