How to Generate BOL Number Manually in EBS R12

Hi,

We have a document sequence of type Manual and an enabled category. The same sequence is assigned to the category with the assignment type set to Manual, but the BOL is still not getting generated.

We are using the API WSH_DOCUMENT_PVT.CREATE_DOCUMENT to create the BOL, and we are encountering the following error:

"Error in routine WSH_DOCUMENT_PVT, Oracle error 20001."

Could anyone please help us understand what might be missing and to generate BOL Manually using thge API?
