How to "Add the Subscription" in Oracle Health and Safety to request for SPECTRA Services.

Hi All,

I was trying to implement the optional services for Oracle Health and Safety to add Inspections and Assignment Rules; However, I am not sure on how to "Add the Subscription" mentioned in the step 2 of the post Prepare your environments for safety inspections and assignment rules — Cloud Customer Connect.

I have Configured and opted in for the features for Health and safety, and I can see it getting implemented in the environment. However, when I raised an SR to request for these additional services I am asked to "Add the Subscription". Has anyone faced the same issue?
