RMA Receipt failing from REST API while creation with error: Invalid Serial Number

Summary:

I am working on an RMA scenario. When trying to create an RMA receipt using UI, it is creating successfully. But when trying to create using REST API through OIC, I'm seeing the error: Progress : WMSINB-23277, Serial: XK-01234567, The value provided for the Serial Number attribute is invalid for the RMA line. Value provided: XK-01234567. Can someone suggest what can be done in this case? Is there any configuration that needs to be done in Oracle Fusion?
