Can you accept a pending action document after the due date in the responsive UI?

Summary:

We have a situation where the due date for a particular pending action is set to 30 days after the life event, so for 1/1/26 OE, the due date is 1/31. The coverage will start the first of the month after the approval is received, so any approvals received in January would go into effect 2/1/26. However a new vendor allows 60 days to get the EOI's approved. We received several in February. We can't receive them on a date in February since that is past the due date, but we don't want to chang the
