DFF in Performance document not appearing for admin

Hello,

We have enabled a DFF field using VBStudio. It appears to be visible for employees navigating via ME > Career&Performance > performance. From the admin side, however, we are unable to view the added fields. This when entering from My Client Groups > performance.

What might cause this issue?
