Not able to see Propagation Organization tab in Redwood CCO

I have created a Commercialization Change Order (CCO) in Product Management using Redwood interface to propagate structure changes to child orgs. I am not able to find "Propagation Organization" tab in Redwood UI which was available in classic UI.
