Summary:

Very excited to see the enhancement to the CRM - CRM Interactions Real Time subject area in the 26A update. I can now see the subject and message content in OTBI reports. The mesage content formatting is not great and when I try to remformat the column to display as HTML instead, the report data no longer loads. Any suggestions for getting the data to load in a readible format?
