I’m working with a customer who has a question regarding the impact of the Annual Workforce Review (position-based planning) on Core HR and Recruiting.
Example:
During the Annual Workforce Review, it is agreed that a specific Directorate (e.g., Directorate X) is allowed to hire one person for a specific position (for instance: 1 HR Project Manager in permanent contract, or 1 HR Administrator as an apprentice).
We would like to clarify the following points:
- How is this decision expected to impact the Workforce Review process in Oracle?
- How should this hiring authorization be reflected in Core HR?
- What is the expected impact on Oracle Recruiting once a hiring need has been validated during the Workforce Review?
