"Configure HCMAgents" not available in Home Page > My Client Groups > Show More

Summary:

As per documentation: Create Guided Journeys for FAQs in Order Management, I should be able to find: Configure HCMAgents icon in Home Page > My Client Groups > Show More > ctrl+f, but it is not available.

The values presented at step 4 for Manage Administrator Profile Values are already set to Y.
All required privileges are also assigned to my user.

Due to this issue, I cannot add the sources that the agent will have to use.

Could you please advise what role/privilege/setup am I missing to have the Configure HCMAgents icon available so I can set up the sources for the agent?
