Multiple element entries for the same transactions in individual comensation page

We are currently implementing Oracle HCM Compensation. As part of the Change Assignment process, users are updating the Basic Salary in the Compensation section and also modifying allowances such as HRA.

After submitting the transaction, the HRA data is correctly saved as an element entry, which is the expected system behavior. However, when we open the Individual Compensation page, the same transaction appears multiple times.
