miscellaneous receipt tax amount calculation - creation thru API web service
Hello,
I created a miscellaneous receipt using the TTC amount and Tax Code rate as input parameters in the API.
-The tax is configured directly at the tax rate level.
-The Tax Inclusion Method is set to Standard Noninclusive Handling.
After the receipt was created, the tax amount was calculated automatically. However, I do not clearly understand how the system calculated the tax amount.
I need to know the exact formula used to calculate the tax amount, based on the TTC amount and the Tax Code rate provided in the API.
This is critical for our reconciliation and integration process, so I would appreciate your clarification on the precise calculation logic.
