Employee unable to access any shifts during self scheduling

Summary:

During Self Scheduling Window, when schedule is generated along with Open shifts employees are receiving notification saying Self Scheduling window is open and can claim shifts. However, when he/she open the self schedule "We couldn't find any matching shifts" message is displayed.

We have also tried by adding Availability preference to match with the open shift
