Is it possible to make the performance review ratings a read-only data point in the talent review?

Summary:

When configuring the talent review template, I am able to add our year-end performance review as one of the rating models. However, the only way for this to display within the talent review is by checking that this be used to rate the review population. We do not want to review and rate this within the talent review; we just need this to display the employee's year-end ratings as a data point. Is there any way to do this?
