Can I able to group dropship order lines into one dropship requisition using Orchestration group functionality?

Business Requirment: Order will come from Salesforce to Order Management cloud as processed order. Requierment is to group multiple dropship order lines into one dropship requisition or one dropship PO. Shipset cannot be used for submmitted orders because shipset only works for orders in draft status. Oracle suggested to use Orchestration group. However, I am seeking help how to setup this functoiality, so that one dropship requisition or one dropship PO gets generated for the multiple dropship order lines. Thanks in advance.
