Duplicate Assigned To User Showing in Service Requests
Hi team,
We are seeing two “Kevin Anderson” users in the Assigned To filter for Service Requests. I verified via Postman that all field data is the same (AssigneePersonName, AssigneeEmailAddress, AssigneePartyId, AssigneeResourceNumber). Please find the screenshort below for reference
What could be causing this duplicate user reference? Is there any solution to fix this?
