VCN Limit Reached – Unable to Create New VCN

Hello,

I am using Oracle Cloud Free Tier and I am getting the following error while trying to create a VCN:

"API Error: The following service limits were exceeded: vcn-count."

It seems my account has reached the maximum number of Virtual Cloud Networks allowed. I have already deleted unused VCNs, but the issue still appears.

Could anyone guide me on how to resolve this or request an increase for the VCN limit?
