Talent Pool – Redwood pages where the “Find by Analysis” option is not returning any results

in Career and Succession

We are facing an issue in Talent Pool – Redwood pages where the “Find by Analysis” option is not returning any results for users with a custom data role, even though the OTBI analysis runs successfully and data is available. The same user is able to run the analysis and add users from Responsive (Classic) pages without any issue.

This behavior is occurring only in Redwood pages and no error message is displayed. Kindly advise if any additional configuration is required for custom roles in Redwood.
