Extending an active review period

in Performance Management

Hi there,

Our review period is scheduled from 15 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. We are considering extending the end-of-year review deadline to the end of April 2026. If we update the Performance Document Period dates in the performance template, can we also adjust the active review period? If so, will this affect the process? Could someone please advise?
