Need to Skip only First list Builder condition for certain approver invoices

Summary:

We have a requirement to route Invoices of one of the Employee’s Ex: Karen’s Direct reports to Ex: Heather if amount is 300K and Ex: Mike P if the amount is more than 300K. However, there was a vacation rule in Place earlier for Karen direct reports to route all the AP invoices to Mike P

Now since the new requirement came up, we must disable the Vacation Rule, But now the issue is after disabling the Vacation rule and created the new rule, The invoice is routing to Keather and Mike P as per the new rules, but it is also hitting the other rules. Earlier when the vacation rule was in Place for example in the below rule it used to Skip one List builder condition if there are two list builder conditions in the same rule and then Triggering second list builder condition
