Can we use REST API for InstalledBaseAssets to add meters to Asset

Hi All,

I am trying to add meters to Asset using REST API

Add meters to the asset, Post, /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/installedBaseAssets/{AssetId}/child/meters

When I am trying this REST API, I am getting error, I have also tried Header "Upsert-Mode" as true and false both, no luck

If anyone used this successfully, please advice.
