Maintenance For the Insured Asset to be billed to Insurance Company but not Supplier

We have a business scenario where Owning Asset Company have assets (Ex. Car) which areinsured by Insurance Company (Ex. ADN). ADN has authorized service stations(Supplier A, Supplier B, etc…) to do repair and maintenance work. So if anyaccident happened, asset will go for repair and maintenance. Post Completion ofrepair work, reimbursable amount will be paid by ADN to Authorized Supplier andco-pay need to be paid by asset owner.

In thiscase, how the insurance payment will managed and tracked? please let me know ifyou have come across such scenarios:

Option-1:Supplier A will submit only invoice of Co-Pay to settle payment with AssetOwning Company. (in DFF Insurance Details can be captured)
