AR Invoice Transaction Descriptive field - Date Type - Date - Table column not showing in the LOV

Subject: DFF “Column Assignment – Date” LOV is empty on Invoice Transaction

Summary:

While configuring a Descriptive Flex field (DFF) on the Invoice Transaction object, the Column Assignment → Date list of values (LOV) displays no entries. As a result, the Date context attribute cannot be mapped to any underlying table column.
