Password and Recovery Email Changed

I am the original owner of an Oracle Cloud Free Tier account. Since around March 4, 2026, I have been unable to log in to my account at https://cloud.oracle.com. When attempting to reset the password via "Forgot Password?", no recovery email is received, indicating that the recovery email address has likely been changed by an unauthorized party (hacker).

Incident Description:

  • On or around March 4, 2026, login attempts failed with invalid credentials.
  • Password reset requests do not arrive at my original email or any known recovery email.
  • I suspect the account was compromised, possibly due to credential exposure from a previous breach or phishing.
