Urgent - Create Balance Forward Bills went In warning at Prod on its start date itself.

Error getting remit to address for customer site id: 100000077797711 for the billing date: 2026-03-06.

The 'Create BFB' was scheduled on 06-Mar-2026 (which is today) and our BFB Start date was also today : 06-Mar-2026. We are getting error in log file as

" error getting remit to address for customer site id: 100000077797711 for the billing date: 2026-03-06.

Could you please suggest as this issue is coming in production and today was the 1st time it was scheduled to run. I see that there are many transactions which have the BFB billing number populated but Create Balance Forward Bills went in warning and the log says the error :
