Issue with salary changes for highest approver in compensation worksheet

Summary:

Hi Team,
For the highest approver, changes to merit or bonus amounts in the Compensation Worksheet are not transferring to HR when submitted. This issue occurs only for direct reports, while changes for indirect reports are processed correctly in Oracle HCM Redwood PA.
Could you please help me to understand why the direct reports data is not moving to HR salary page. It worked in responsive pages.
