Operator role cannot enter a FG dynamic SN at last operation in workstation/WO Operation mode

Summary:

For work order execution, operators are limited to the operator role. Testing has shown they call report material, report WIP inspection results and complete work order for non serialised assemblies at a Workstation or in Work Order Operation view.

But for assemblies with Dynamic serial control, the final part line is not accessible to them and they cannot complete the work order.

Is there another role that they need to do this? (Assigning Inventory Manager does not resolve this problem)
