Reminder to be configured to initiate and complete PIP document through anytime document by Managers

Hi,

Our client has the below requirement, and we are looking for a possible way to solution the same.

Business Requirement: As the Line Manager completes the Performance Improvement Plan Document via Anytime performance document, it is expected that system should trigger a reminder to the same Line Manager, after a specific duration to initiate and complete the follow up Performance Improvement Plan Document for the direct report.

As we do not see a straight way to configure the above requirement via Performance Template, we are looking an option to work around the solution through any possible ways.
