Routing Plan Run Got Timeout - Can a user be notified?
Summary:
Although not always, we experience our Routing run status showing Failed due to a Routing Plan Timeout Expired error. There is a fix anyway to consider increasing Time Limit value which is fine and manually do a rerun.
Is there a way for the user to be notified (via email) when this occurs? Our Routing Plan runs automatically at 5:00 AM, and it would be helpful if the support team could be alerted immediately when a failure happens. This would allow them to fix the issue and rerun the process before business hours, instead of discovering the problem later when field reps notice that activities have not yet been assigned.
