Not Receiving Password Reset Email for Free Tier OCI Account
Hello,
I am unable to access my Free Tier OCI account because I am not receiving the password reset email.
My username / cloud account name is: mahsad007
The email associated with the account is: mahsad007@gmail .com
I have already checked all folders including spam.
I have tried multiple times to request a password reset.
I contacted Oracle Live Chat support, but they informed me that Free Tier accounts must be handled through the forum.
I kindly request assistance to:
- Verify the recovery email configured on my account
- Reset my password manually, or
- Escalate this issue to the Identity team
