Can you increase Absence Bidding preferences from two to three?

Summary:

My client is interested in using the absence bidding functionality, however they use another system that allows for their employees to submit 3 preferences whereas it seems Oracle functionality limits this to 2 preferences. Are there any workarounds/enhancements for this coming soon?
