As recommended by Oracle Product Management, moving away from Work Schedules, and using Work Patterns instead. But as a worker is not assigned a Work Pattern, the Timecard scheduled hours default as 8.5 hours on monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Although we might need to have 0-hour workers, who only book hours when necessary.
We do have a separate Time Worker Processing Profile, that does not validate the number of horus entered, so a timecard still can be submitted with any amount of hours when that profile is used.
