unable to receive recovery e-mail in old 2020 oci account

Hello,
I am unable to access my Free Tier OCI account because I am not receiving the password reset email.
I have already checked all folders including spam.I have tried multiple times to request a password reset.I contacted Oracle Live Chat support, but they informed me that Free Tier accounts must be handled through the forum.
I kindly request assistance to:
- Verify the recovery email configured on my account
- Reset my password manually, or
- Escalate this issue to the Identity team
