Downloading Talent Profile Attachments to DOR Upload

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to download files uploaded in the Attachments section of Talent Profile and then upload those same files into DOR. We’re currently encountering an issue preventing us from completing this end-to-end process.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can you share insight into potential causes (e.g., access/permissions, file type/size limits, system configuration) and recommended solutions or workarounds?
