Assignment Type option for Time Change Request Approval Flow

Summary:

When creating an approval rule for the Time Change Request approval flow, I noticed that the Manager Assignment Type is not an option like it is with other flows. We have a particular group of workers that have many assignments and their primary manager is getting inundated with the time card approvals, but they are not time cards that she should be reviewing and dispositioning. Does anyone know if I am missing something, or is there something to enable to make this an option?
