Requirement to Calculate Employee Tenure for Review Population in Talent Review Meeting (Version 26A

Summary:

We want to identify the tenure of employees who are added to the Review Population in the Talent Review Meeting so that eligibility can be determined based on their tenure in the system.

Content:

For the current talent review cycle, the business requirement was to exclude employees who have completed less than 3 months in the organization from being added to the review population. Currently, while creating the Talent Review Meeting, there is no direct option to filter employees based on their tenure or hire date criteria
