Can Journey Task type Configurable form is controlled by VB studio

Hi Team

We have one requirement where we have created below configurable form in one of the Journey task with two fields . We would like enable second field based on the value selected in First field . And hide second field when another value is selected in First field . So would like to check if this is feasible using VB studio.
