Can I surface employee HR data in DCS homepage?

Summary:

I understand that to use DCS for employees, the employees would need to be a contact of a customer. E.g Customer ABC, contact John Doe then assign

Customer Self-Service User role to log into DCS.

If I create a HR record for my user and map the already created customer account to the HR record, my user is effectively a customer and an employee. I then assign Employee role to the user too.

Can I design my UX so that I always end up on DCS first and my DCS landing page has employee date eg number of days of leave left. From DCS landing page I can log SRs or click through to employee self service tasks e.g Time and Absence.
