REST API operationTransactions: how to record/update component lot at last operation sequence

Hi Team,
I’m using Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Manufacturing REST API:

POST fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/operationTransactions

Goal: When completing the last operation sequence of a work order, I need to capture/update the component lot number (lot for the component issue/backflush), not the finished good lot.

My request completes the operation successfully, but the component lot is not getting applied/updated. I suspect I’m putting the lot in the wrong place (operation completion vs component material transaction), or this API doesn’t support “updating” component lots after completion.
