Child object subtab rendering blank white screen in Installed Base Asset Detail

Summary:

I have created a custom child object "Health Metrics" under the "Installed Base Asset" standard object. After adding this as a subtab to the "Detailed Layout," the subtab renders as a completely blank white screen in the UI.

Steps: Child Object

1. Created a new Child Object named "Health Metrics"
2. Created default pages
3. Created a new layout under Creation Page Layouts and Selected fields and moved them to the Selected Fields column.
4. Created a new layout under Details Page Layouts and Selected fields and moved them to the Selected Fields column.

Steps: Subtab Integration on Parent Asset

1. Created a new layout under Details Page Layouts and added a new Child Object Subtab pointing to Health Metrics.
