Batch scheduling

Hi all,

we're experiencing an anomaly in Redwood: once an employee is hired, they don't appear in the search bar within the Employment Info quick action. Given this, we've scheduled the following batches:

Compute Users ACL	Logged in User
Compute Users ACL by Event	-
ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS	fa-hcm-person
ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS	fa-hcm-acl

The question we'd like to ask is this: is it necessary to periodically schedule these batches for the employee search to display results?
