Absence:Anniversary FF(Global Absence Plan Period Anniversary Event Date Validation) for Plan Term
Summary:For the first two years post go-live, the plan term is based on the last pay period end date of the year, transitioning to a calendar year starting 2029. For 2028, the plan runs from Dec 20, 2027 to Dec 31, 2028, and the Anniversary Fast Formula correctly returns Jan 1 as the plan term start from 2029 onward.
However, the system is processing carryover on Dec 20, 2028 (after one year), instead of Jan 1, 2029 as required. How can we prevent carryover from triggering on Dec 20, 2028 and ensure it only occurs on Jan 1, 2029?

We have a customer requirement where the plan term is based on the last pay period end date of the year for the first two years post go-live, and then shifts to a calendar year starting in 2029. For the 2028 plan term, the start date is Dec 20, 2027, and the end date is Dec 31, 2028.
