Guidance Needed: Careers of Interest – User Flow Improvements

Hello Everyone,

We are analyzing the current Careers of Interest user flow in Oracle HCM and have noticed some challenges that are causing confusion for end users.

At the moment, selecting redwood Career development redirects users to the Opportunity Marketplace, where they must take additional steps to reach the Favorites section in order to view their saved career interests. This multi‑step navigation is not very intuitive for users,
