Can a Configurable Form or Questionnaire Used in Journeys Be Stored in Document Records?

Hello Everyone,

We are exploring whether it’s possible to store a configurable form (created using Configurable Forms) or a questionnaire that is linked to a Journey task as a Document of Record (DoR) for an employee.

Use Case:
We create a Journey that includes a configurable form/questions the employee must fill out. After the employee completes the task, we want the completed form to be automatically saved to Document Records under the assigned Document Type
