Benefit rates are not being saved in the override enrollment section.

Summary:
I am encountering an issue in Oracle HCM Cloud where benefits rates changes are not being saved in the override enrollment section. Top screen shot shows the before. Middle screen shots shows the rate changes. Bottom screen shot shows the changes saved. When I exit out then return to the screen the page shows the rates in the top screen shot. I am prepping for SIT and Parallel Payroll testing starting next week.
Could you please look into this or provide guidance on how to resolve this technical issue?
