Can the absence notification be edited (Redwood)?

Hi all,

For booking annual leave we used to have a notification that displayed a warning when booking annual leave on a public holiday, stating you have to book leave on a working day.

Since we enabled Redwood for absence I cannot seem to be able to edit this message:

In the printscreen attached I am trying to book a holiday on a public/bank holiday before Easter. In the SR I raised Oracle claims these are not editable, but surely it cannot be that this incorrect message applies to all scenarios of booking leave when duration is not even in question here.
