Territory Bulk Update - Proposal Addition

Summary:

I have to update around 50 territories (add new sales reps, remove sales reps, create new territories etc) . How do i add all those 50 territories to a proposal so that i can update them. I understand that adding them to proposal is pre-requisite before i make changes.
I am trying to use oracle visual builder excel add in for bulk updates.
