Greetings!
We have observed an issue with the process of Retroactive Vacation hours
The process is generating double payment when the retro change for vacation hours is processed.
Below are the steps-
- Employee had missed entering Vacation on the timecard during the regular payroll run.
- After the on‑cycle payroll was processed, the employee had submitted the Vacation entry.
- Executed the off‑cycle process (both Retro and Payroll) after this change.
- During this run, it has been observed that the Absence was paid twice — once through the regular Vacation element and again through Vacation Retro, resulting in a double payment
