Not able to see Items on the Sales order Redwood page

Summary:

While creating a Sales Order on the Redwood page, we're unable to fetch and add the items on the Lines.

We are able to see the Business Unit & Customer details, but not the item details…!

We have ran the "ESS job to Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS" scheduled process, for sales orders, lines and search. Also, the "Update Sales Order Search Indexes" is scheduled to run every 5 minutes.

 

Any suggestions on what setup could be missing ?
