How to add additional days to Schedule ship date

Summary:

We have a requirement to add a day or 2 with the schedule ship date as it will take time to pick ,pack and ship the item to the Customer. We don't want to give the exact PO receipt date as the ship date to the Customer.

Is there any specific setup in GOP to achieve this ?
